submitted by Michael G. - |Recommended: YesFirst 3 Weeks — We moved in less than a month ago and expectations have been less than desirable. First of all, we weren't issued a key to the pool spa gym until a week ago and my partner had to drive out to Walnut Creek to obtain it. Communication with the property manager, Viviana proved challenging when requesting the key and maintenance issues we've encountered. Several of the floorboards in our unit are not properly secured on the floors and even after having the maintenance technician come to reinforce them, they are still not stable. The refrigerator is not level on the floor which causes it to rattle and produce above then normal noise. This fridge unbalance also causes the doors to constantly close shut when needed to stay open. Lastly, the church across the street on Keller has had loud music playing as early as 9AM on Saturdays. Our unit faces that area and can clearly be heard. I'm not sure how to answer the would you recommend living here since it' only been less than a month. At this point I'm being generous with my answer, but I would like to think that with time all these issues can be addressed and legitimize my recommendation.
submitted by Victoria M. - |Recommended: NoMisleading Lease — extremely disappointed with the apartment. The unit that we toured, and the reason why we applied, was 410 E. Obviously this unit was clearly updated and the unit that we told was “the same just downstairs” is not. Seeing what we thought we were getting compared to the unit we got at the same rental price was very disheartening and we felt misled.
